Oriental White Marble is a natural marble quarried in Baoxing County, Ya’an City, Sichuan Province. It is white fine-grained marble with granular structure and dense block structure, mainly composed of calcite (97~99%). This marble is white and grey veining, with fine and solid texture, natural and smooth straight lines, rich layering, very jade-like, high strength, low water absorption, stable product performance, strong compression, and impact resistance. It can be on a par with Italian Carrara White and Greek Seivec White.
